– Jackson & James guarantees our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. Please email us at contact@jackson-james or call us at 804.480.1154 to initiate a return or exchange.
– Jackson & James accepts returns for full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. All apparel items must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached. Footwear must be returned in original packaging and show no wear on the sole.
– Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a receipt. Personalized or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
– Exchanges on sale items can be made for the same item in a different size only within 7 days of when you received the product, and must meet the requirements above. After 7 days, sale-priced items will not be eligible for exchange. Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
– We do not accept returns or exchanges on magazines, books, apothecary items, food items or undergarments.
– Jackson & James gladly honors a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within 14 days of the purchase if accompanied by the original receipt. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.
– For all purchases there is no fee for items eligible for returns. For online orders any original shipping charges are non-refundable and customer is responsible for return shipping charges. There is no shipping charge for exchanges or returns for purchases that received free shipping.
– For exchanges, please note the name, size and price of the item you’d like to exchange for on your return authorization form. You can also email us at email@example.com to place a temporary hold on your exchange item. Exchanges on sale items can be made for the same item in a different size only.
